As a plant-based dietitian, I have no interest in policing anybody into a plant-based diet, a vegetarian diet, or a vegan diet. I sincerely appreciate the effort people make to eat more plant foods but I’ll never force you in any way to do just that. Instead, view this content as a source of inspiration to expand your knowledge about plant based nutrition.
